JSC "Expo vakarai" offers stands, exhibitions and events equipment rental services.
The price for standard exhibition stands leased to event organisers depends upon the extent of the event, namely, on the required quantity of exhibition installations and the place.
The lease price is based on “order more – pay less” principle. Basic lease price is 40 - 60 LTL/sq.m.
Standard equipment for exhibitions
Standard stand includes:

lamps 100w ( 1pcs/3m²),

The client request standard stand composition can be changed.

Equipment for the events (concerts, seminars, presentations):

Seats – 100 pc.; lenght 1 pc. – 3 m. - (12 LTL/ 1pc.).

Seats – 10 pc.; lenght 220 cm., with metal folding legs - (12 LTL/1 pc.).

Set inc – a wooden table 80 x 220 cm., and two seats 220 cm. - (44 LTL/1 pc).

White exhibition walls (for space division) 2,5m. x 1m. - (40 LTL/1 pc.).

Table – 110 pc. (0,8 x 0,8 m.) - (30 LTL/1 pc.).

Chairs – 300 pc.; (15 LTL/1 pc.).

The prices are valid for the event duration. The price of seats, tables and chairs is given excluding transportation (from warehouse in Klaipėda). The price of podiums and walls (partitions) includes transportation, installation and dismantling of the leased items (unless it is a major order far-off from Klaipėda).
